Jacob Glendenning, originally from Cleveland, Ohio, grew up performing in musicals for local community theaters. At the age of fourteen Jacob became a competitive dancer, developing various disciplines and artistry. Jacob has had opportunities working in film, as a dancer in the Netflix original movie “White Noise” as well as working as a company member for North Pointe Ballet. Notably, Jacob has also choreographed and performed with artist Ton Loc on his 2023 tour.

Jacob joined the Joffrey Ballet Schools Jazz and Contemporary Trainee Program under the artistic direction of Angelica Stiskin. There, Jacob has honed his training in ballet, jazz, theater dance, contemporary, modern, tap and hip hop. Jacob is currently a company member of the Joffrey Concert Group, performing repertoire under the direction of Bradley Shelver.
